The main objective of the Brasilia100R Network is to study and research access to justice for people in vulnerable conditions, based on the text developed at the XIV Ibero-American Judicial Summit, held in Brasilia from March 4 to 6, 2008, officially known as the Brasilia Rules on access to justice for people in vulnerable conditions. It thus aims to analyze the legislative and administrative policy of Ibero-American countries to achieve the effectiveness and reality of judicial protection for vulnerable people, and the need to implement new measures in response to the evolution of the geopolitical and economic situation and the progress of new technologies, preparing studies and proposals that can be useful to society and governmental and administrative authorities for the fulfillment and development of the aforementioned Rules.
