EUComplianceM4UA is a ground-breaking Erasmus+ project designed to enhance collaboration between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the EU (four universities) and Ukraine (five universities). The project’s central focus is the implementation of the European approach to Compliance Management, with a strategic aim to elevate academic integrity, international management, entrepreneurship, business ethics and legal aspects in less experienced Ukrainian HEIs. The initiative responds to the pressing need for ongoing global and European integration and envisions substantial contributions to the recovery and future efficiency of Ukrainian businesses.
Objectives: – Elevate teaching methods: The project seeks to improve teaching and assessment mechanisms, quality assurance, management, innovation in Ukrainian HEIs by integrating EU Compliance methodologies. – Accessible compliance education: Enhance the access and quality of Compliance Management education in the field of entrepreneurship, management and law in Ukrainian HEIs to foster adaptability to European labour market requirements. – Fostering employment stability for Ukrainian university graduates: Ensure stability of employment opportunities for UA university graduates in the context of European integration and globalisation through compliance competences. – Empower digital transformation: Promote digital transformation in teaching Compliance Management in Ukrainian partner HEIs through innovative tools, such as futurebook (e-book), podcasts, videos, and gamification solutions.
The project emphasizes the assimilation of EU methodologies into Ukrainian higher education, particularly vital for non-EU nations like Ukraine endeavoring towards EU accession. This integration is crucial for enterprises navigating international compliance standards, enhancing their capabilities for the first time. Focused on newcomers and institutions lacking experience, the project aims to ease entry for Ukrainian HEIs.
