HERMES - Analysing issues of international politics and diplomacy

This project brings together a team of researchers dedicated to analyzing International Politics and the institutional and societal challenges posed to contemporary societies by phenomena such as climate change; international terrorism; conflicts with transnational ramifications; long-distance trade flows; the forced displacement of populations in situations of humanitarian disaster; the limitations of national democratic models in citizen participation in resolving these same problems; among many others.
