IJP – Portucalense Legal Institute is a research centre in legal sciences whose main objective is to promote, support and disseminate scientific research in this area of knowledge produced at Portucalense University and the Polytechnic Universities of Leiria and Lisbon, as IJP’s Branches.
Revista Jurídica Portucalense (RJP) is an open-access, free-to-publish biannual journal dedicated to reflection, research, and knowledge dissemination in all areas of legal scholarship. RJP’s mission is the diffusion of scientific knowledge in the area of Legal Sciences, through the publication of original legal research articles of the highest quality. It is also a vehicle for reflection and debate about all sorts of legal problems, from a theoretical and practical perspective, by publishing articles of scientific opinion and descriptive articles of practical experiences. RJP has been indexed since 2019 in Scopus, in which it has achieved a Q3 position. It has also been indexed in the Core Collection/ESCI in Web of Science since 2020, and as of 2024, it has achieved a Q3 position as well.
