NEW TRENDS on ENFORCEMENT LAW

The aim of this project is to promote the study and research by researchers and students from different study cycles and from various legal systems, on matters related to the Executive Process, as a procedural means suitable for effective judicial protection and access to justice. As a way of deepening international partnerships and the comparative study of this institute of civil procedure, the project will be developed in collaboration with the Research Group “Procedural Law and Democracy” (DROP), registered with the CNPq (National Council for Scientific and Technological Development – Brazil) of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Students from the co-operating institutions will also take part in the project. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
