On 19 February, at 9.45am, Universidade Portucalense held a conference entitled “2 years of Ukraine-Russia war: challenges and perspectives”.
The initiative brought together a group of lecturers and researchers, diplomats and military personnel, for a scientific discussion of the issue in its main dimensions – historical, military, economic, diplomatic, legal and media.
