Thematic Dossier Brings Together Contributions from the Seminar Series “Vulnerable People and Justice: Procedural and Civil Challenges”

The thematic dossier resulting from the Seminar Series “Vulnerable People and Justice: Procedural and Civil Challenges Towards Sustainable Social Development”, organised by Centro Universitário UniProcessus (Brasília, Brazil) in partnership with the Instituto Jurídico Portucalense (IJP) in October 2025, has now been published.

Published in the Revista Processus de Estudos de Gestão, Jurídicos e Financeiros, the dossier brings together contributions from researchers at the IJP and UniProcessus, based on the papers presented in the different panels throughout the Seminar Series. The initiative fostered reflection on procedural and civil challenges related to the protection of vulnerable people and to the development of legal responses aimed at promoting sustainable social development.
