4th edition of the Young Scholars International Conference on Enterprise Law (YSICEL)

On 13 May 2026, the 4th edition of the Young Scholars International Conference on Enterprise Law (YSICEL) will take place. The event is organised by the Leiria Hub of the Instituto Jurídico Portucalense (IJP), in partnership with the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic of Leiria (ESTG – P. Leiria).

Held annually, YSICEL has established itself as a leading international academic conference, bringing together young scholars to present and discuss current and emerging issues in Enterprise Law.

The 2026 edition will feature Duarte Abrunhosa e Sousa, Professor of Law at the Universidade Portucalense and lawyer at MC Sonae, and Defne Tasman, consultant at the World Bank and researcher at the University of Antwerp, as keynote speakers.

The conference will be held online, with free participation upon registration. A certificate of participation will be issued.
