Conference “The 50+ Years of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic of 1976”,
The Leiria Branch of the Instituto Jurídico Portucalense (IJP) is pleased to promote the conference “The 50+ Years of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic of 1976”, to be held on 5 November 2026 at the School of Technology and Management, University of Leiria and Oeste (Campus 2).
The keynote session will feature Vital Moreira, Emeritus Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (FDUC). The programme also includes five thematic panels with the participation of specialists from different institutions, including IJP researchers, addressing topics related to constitutional revision, fundamental rights, the economy, and political power.
