XV Consumer Law Conference
On 12 March, the Leiria branch of the IJP will host the 15th edition of the Consumer Law Conference, dedicated to the theme “Digital Fairness: Risks and Challenges for Consumers in the Digital Environment.”
Held annually in partnership with the Portuguese Association of Consumer Law (apDC), the event marks World Consumer Rights Day and proposes an analysis of the Digital Fairness Act proposal, as well as a reflection on the main challenges that the digital environment poses to consumer protection.
